Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote WPMU DEV products, generating leads and addressing customer WordPress-related issues via email and chat.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales communications, maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing accounts and resolving billing issues.
  • Conduct Zoom calls with clients to discuss their needs and offer solutions.
  • Maintain sales leads through consistent follow-ups via email.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and accounts/billing support, with a strong familiarity with WordPress and a broad range of plugins and themes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Skills in spreadsheets, data entry, and CRM management.
  • Comfort working on specified shifts, including weekends (10:00 pm – 6:00 am UTC or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm UTC).
  • Typing skills and a collaborative mindset.
