The Sizzling Key is found after completing the final boss battle during the "Networking" quest. The key is located on a desk next to BURG.L's head and an optical disk.
Once you've obtained the Sizzling Key, you'll need to use it to open a special Sizzling Chest hidden in the Pine Hill region, northwest of the Picnic Table. To dig up this chest, you'll need a Tier 2 Shovel, such as the Omni-Shovel II. The chest is located in a nook between the big roots of a giant tree on top of Pine Hill, near the hedge border of the map.
The Sizzling Chest contains two Spicy Globs, rare materials used in the crafting of the Spicy Coaltana. This Tier III two-handed weapon deals sizzling damage, making it particularly effective against enemies weak to fire, such as spiders.
To access the chest, you'll need to use a red soldier ant Buggy to climb up tree roots, chomp through a barricade, and follow the roots northwards. The chest is located near a bunch of spider eggs and three red mushrooms near some rocks.

These resources can be obtained by exploring various areas of the game, such as the Fire Pit in the north of the map, where you can find five EverChar Coal chunks, or by killing wolf spiders in the northeast corner of Pine Hill or in the overturned spider tank in the southeast of Ceremony, where you can obtain four wolf spider chunks.
