Tesla reduces prices of Model 3 by up to €4,000 in specific European countries with a fresh 'Tesla Bonus' incentive.

In a strategic move to navigate the competitive European market, Tesla has launched a new incentive program called "Tesla Bonus" in several countries. This initiative provides up to €4,000 (C$6,200) in savings on the purchase of the Model 3.

The Tesla Bonus is not an advertisement, but a discount program offered by Tesla, designed to boost affordability and adoption of Tesla vehicles, particularly in countries with strong EV support policies.

The base Model 3 price in Europe has been reduced by approximately 5–7% since July 2025, as part of Tesla's strategy to boost sales amid declining demand and increased competition. In addition to these direct price cuts, government subsidies vary by country, but can often reduce the effective price by several thousand euros or pounds.

In the UK, leasing deals for the Model 3 have dropped remarkably, reflecting off-the-shelf incentives passed on from dealerships and leasing firms. Model 3 leasing now costs around £252 per month, down from £600–£700 last year.

The Tesla Bonus can be combined with these existing government subsidies, making Tesla vehicles more accessible to a wider group of consumers.

In Luxembourg, the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variant of the Model 3 can now be ordered starting at €35,996 (C$56,100) after the Tesla Bonus. When combined with the Luxembourg government's €6,000 (C$9,300) electric vehicle subsidy, the final price drops to €29,996 (C$46,800). This makes the RWD Model 3 one of the most affordable entry points for a premium sedan in the region.

Similarly, in Italy, the promotion offers €4,000 (C$6,200) off new Model 3 purchases. Portugal offers €3,800 (C$5,900) off inventory Model 3 models, while Spain offers €3,290 (C$5,100) off new Model 3 vehicles under the incentive.

The Tesla Bonus is available in these countries and more, applying to both factory orders and available inventory, depending on the country. Prospective buyers should check specific local Tesla websites or dealerships for the exact price after applying the Tesla Bonus and their relevant national subsidies, as these can differ widely across Europe.

This is not the first time Tesla has deployed localized discounts in Europe. The company's latest discounts are aimed at intensifying competition in Europe's electric vehicle market, as it faces growing competition from brands like BYD and others.

Therefore, the Tesla Bonus strategy could signal a broader strategy as the company navigates market fluctuations in Europe, aiming to make its vehicles more affordable and accessible to a wider audience.

  1. The Tesla Bonus initiative, offering up to €4,000 savings on the purchase of the Model 3, is designed to boost affordability and adoption of Tesla vehicles, particularly in countries with strong electric vehicle (EV) support policies.
  2. The Tesla Bonus can be combined with existing government subsidies, making Tesla vehicles more accessible to a wider group of consumers, such as the RWD Model 3 in Luxembourg, which can now be ordered starting at €29,996 (C$46,800) after the Tesla Bonus and the Luxembourg government's €6,000 (C$9,300) EV subsidy.
