Speedywash Introduces "Basic Battery": A Portable Car Wash Brush System for the Future - Nufam 2025
The mobile brush washing system market is about to see a new addition with Speedywash's latest innovation, the "Basic Battery." This eco-friendly and cost-effective solution is set to make its debut at this year's NUFAM in Karlsruhe, from September 25 to 28, 2025.
According to Roland Hontsch, technical fleet manager of Transport Betz GmbH in Malsch, the "Basic Battery" has been well received by their drivers. The company has already started using the system several times a week, citing the price-performance ratio as the key factor that motivated their purchase.
The "Basic Battery" is designed for commercial vehicle cleaning, with typical jobs taking less than ten minutes. It is powered by a lithium-ion battery and features an integrated water tank, making it suitable for use in enclosed halls or areas with specific environmental or noise protection requirements.
One of the standout features of the "Basic Battery" is its quiet and emission-free operation. This makes it an ideal choice for locations where noise levels need to be kept low or where emissions are a concern.
The "Basic Battery" also boasts several accessories to enhance its functionality. These include a safety distance wheel to protect the vehicle surface and an optional electric brush tilt for cleaning challenging vehicle geometries.
