Rain Makes Waves in Silicon Valley: Italian Sustainable Products Company Shines
Rain, an Italian company specialising in sustainable products, recently returned from a successful business mission to Silicon Valley. Led by President Anna Stiatti, Rain was one of 12 innovative Italian SMEs selected for the trip, organized by Intesa Sanpaolo and Innovit.
The mission provided Rain with opportunities to engage with international experts in innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation. Stiatti expressed pride in representing Italian excellence in Silicon Valley and thanked Intesa Sanpaolo, Innovit, and other involved institutions for making the experience possible.
Rain's focus on creating sustainable products, like the Turbina Vision, resonated with both American and European mindsets. The company's Brand Ambassador, Costanza, emphasized the importance of developing solutions around customer needs in the irrigation sector. Rain was selected for the mission through Intesa Sanpaolo's Imprese Vincenti program, which has supported over 650 Italian companies since 2019.
The 12 participating Italian companies, including Rain, had an average of 150 employees and €40 million in annual turnover. The mission involved training, mentoring, and networking with universities, investors, and tech companies, providing a significant boost for these innovative SMEs looking to expand internationally.
