Mercedes-Benz & Moncler Unveil Exclusive G-Class 'Past II Future' by NIGO
Mercedes-Benz and Moncler have teamed up with fashion designer NIGO to create a limited edition G-Class, dubbed the 'Past II Future'. This unique vehicle, inspired by a custom one-off G-Class cabriolet designed by NIGO, will see only 20 units worldwide, with deliveries starting in April 2025.
The 'Past II Future' G-Class boasts a striking grey livery with black trim, a green hood, grille, and front quarter panels, and a distinctive fold-down windshield. Inside, black leather seats feature chequered pattern inserts and custom-embroidered headrests. The center console bears a 'One of 20' script, signifying its exclusivity.
Powering this limited edition SUV are engine options from the G 550 or G 450D, offering either a mild-hybrid inline-six or turbodiesel inline-six. The rear cover is crafted in the same motif as Moncler's signature quilted puffer jackets, tying in the fashion element of the collaboration. A complementary limited edition clothing capsule, featuring a black, white, blue, green, and orange color scheme, will also be available.
Pricing for the Mercedes-Benz x Moncler G-Class Past II Future by NIGO has not been disclosed. However, with its unique design, exclusive production run, and high-end fashion tie-in, it's poised to be a coveted addition to the G-Class lineup. The first of these 20 special editions will hit the roads in just over a year.
