The luxury automaker, INFINITI, recently showcased two daring concepts of its flagship SUV, the QX80, at the Monterey Car Week. The event served as the perfect venue for INFINITI to demonstrate the QX80's versatility and its commitment to pushing boundaries in the premium SUV segment.
The QX80 Track Spec concept is a testament to INFINITI's engineering prowess, boasting a high-performance twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces over 650 horsepower and 750+ lb-ft of torque. This makes it the brand's highest-ever horsepower output. The engine's gains are achieved through a revised turbocharger system, exhaust, upgraded compressors, a higher-capacity intercooler, new fuel injectors, ram air intake, and a lower-restriction exhaust, all while retaining stock internal components.
