Logitech Unveils MX Master 4: A Powerful Office Mouse with New Haptic Features

Logitech has unveiled the MX Master 4, the latest iteration of their popular office mouse series. Priced at $120, the MX Master 4 offers a range of features for productivity and comfort, with a polling rate of 125Hz and a weight of 150 grams.

The MX Master 4 is designed for desk use, with its size making it less suitable for travel. It boasts a battery life of up to 70 days on a single charge, ensuring minimal downtime. The mouse features three programmable side buttons and side scrolling functionality, allowing for customisation. It can be paired with up to three devices using the Easy-Switch option, enabling seamless switching between them.

One of the key new features is the haptic button on the thumb rest. This triggers an Action Ring of shortcuts, providing quick access to frequently used commands. Despite the new addition, the design remains largely unchanged from its predecessors, maintaining a familiar feel. Notably, the MX Master 4 does not have a compartment for the Bolt receiver in the mouse itself.

The Logitech MX Master 4 offers a blend of familiarity and innovation, with its high polling rate, long battery life, and customisation options. Priced at $120, it is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable and productive office mouse experience.
