KEBA Acquires AI Specialists 7LYTIX to Boost Digital Business
KEBA Group AG has acquired AI specialists 7LYTIX, aiming to bolster its digital business and software offerings. The takeover, agreed upon after negotiations that started a few months ago, is expected to be legally effective by the end of April 2025.
KEBA, a leading provider of software and AI-based automation solutions, will integrate the 7LYTIX team into its Digital Business division. This move will bring together experts in artificial intelligence and data-driven software solutions, driving innovation and unlocking new market opportunities. Christoph Knogler, CEO of KEBA Group AG, expressed that 7LYTIX's expertise aligns perfectly with KEBA's strategic focus.
The 7LYTIX team, led by Franziskos Kyriakopoulos and Sulejman Ganibegovic, will join forces with existing leaders Karl Strohmaier and Daniel Reiss to helm the Digital Business division. Together, they will work towards further developing existing projects and driving integration. The purchase price remains confidential.
