iPhone 17 Series Launches Strong, Led by iPhone 17 Pro Max
Apple's latest iPhone 17 series has hit the market, with consumers showing strong interest, particularly in the US. The iPhone 17 Pro Max led early sales, while the basic version and iPhone 17 Pro followed closely.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max dominated the first week of sales, capturing a 33% share. The iPhone 17 Pro came in second with a 22% share, closely followed by the basic version at 20%. Overall, demand for the iPhone 17 series has surpassed that of the iPhone 16 generation.
Apple fans in Russia may face a challenge purchasing the new iPhone 17. Starting at around €949 in Germany, the price is likely similar or higher in Russia. In 2023, the average Russian net monthly wage was about €500–€600, making it difficult for an average worker to afford the device in one month.
The iPhone 17 series has seen a strong start, with the iPhone 17 Pro Max leading sales. Despite high demand, affordability may be a barrier for Russian consumers. Restore will begin official sales on September 23, allowing more customers to experience the latest Apple offering.
