Outzidr, a digital-first fashion brand catering to Indian women aged 18-28, has secured ₹27 crore (~$3.1 million) in a pre-Series A funding round. The funding round was led by RTP Global, with existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners also participating.
This new investment follows an earlier seed round of ₹30 crore (~$3.5 million) led by Stellaris Venture Partners and strategic angels. Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario, Outzidr operates with a test-and-scale model, launching up to 2,000 new styles monthly through its own direct-to-consumer platform and e-commerce marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion. RBH Solutions, an industrial automation company, has received an equity stake from BizDateUp, but the terms of the investment were not disclosed. The company provides infrastructure automation through its no-code analytics platform and gateway solutions, claiming over 6,500 installed gateways and 650-plus analytics deployments.
