Thanks to the "Germany's Quality Champion" award, the German Institute for Service Quality and ntv are shining a light on companies that have excelled in this area. The awards are given in 66 diverse categories that mirror the various sectors of the German economy.
A whopping 43,467 customer opinions are behind this prestigious award. Here's how it works: customer satisfaction is assessed in areas like product/service quality, range, customer service, and reliability.
A multitude of features assessed
The assessment is comprehensive, encompassing aspects such as the value, durability, and craftsmanship of products, the advantages and functionality they offer, their ability to meet customer needs, the dependability of both products and services, various contact options (phone, email, chat, social media), how customer inquiries are handled, and the value and user-friendliness of websites. The willingness to recommend is also factored in.
In total, 932 companies were evaluated, with 561 providers making the final cut for individual evaluation based on feedback from 100 customers. The number of winners per category ranges from one to three, depending on the industry size and the total number of companies evaluated.
Privacy The German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) is one of the most respected independent testing bodies. It evaluates provider service quality and compares products based on customer surveys and mystery shopping.
