News Article: Graas.ai Secures $9 Million for AI-Powered Commerce Solutions

Graas.ai, a Singapore-based company specializing in AI-native data and automation for e-commerce, has secured over $9 million in a pre-Series B funding round. The funds will be used to launch its proprietary platform, Agent Foundry, in India.

Agent Foundry is a multi-agent framework designed to create bespoke AI agents that address key commerce challenges such as customer acquisition costs, pricing optimization, margin protection, and inventory management. The platform supports over 2,000 brands and has processed more than $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV), integrating with over 100 ecommerce and advertising platforms.

The platform's specialized autonomous agents include Hoppr, an in-house analyst for performance analysis; Chattr, which uses natural language processing (NLP) for customer support; Extract, which delivers cleaned and structured data; Cartlyst, a B2B order specialist; and Turbo, which unifies data from sales, advertising, inventory, and operations into a single dashboard.

The funding round was led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, Integra Partners, Yuj Ventures, and others. Jinesh Patel, Managing Partner at Integra Partners, backed Graas.ai when making data the primary driver of decision-making was still a major challenge for most e-commerce brands. Murli Ravi, Managing Partner at Tin Men Capital, also backed Graas.ai due to its data infrastructure and context engineering for building enterprise-grade agents for retailers.

Prem Bhatia, Co-founder and CEO of Graas.ai, stated that Agent Foundry will allow brands to act on the data backbone built by Graas.ai. He emphasized that the platform is not just about data analysis but enabling brands to "run the play" by automating decision-making and actions in commerce operations. The system is built with strict compliance to global data standards such as SOC2, GDPR, and ISO, securing its use in regulated environments.

As agent-led systems gain traction, Graas.ai is uniquely positioned with the vertical data depth to lead this shift across Southeast Asia and India. The company, founded in 2022 by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, is headquartered in Singapore. With the launch of Agent Foundry in India, Graas.ai aims to help e-commerce brands automate key business functions, reducing customer acquisition costs, optimizing pricing, protecting margins, and improving inventory management.
