In a significant move for the connected TV landscape, Xumo and Hisense have announced the launch of Hisense Channels, a new free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service. This service, starting its rollout on August 14 on Hisense Google TVs, marks a step forward for both companies and the industry as a whole.

Xumo's enterprise business, which currently powers over 2,000 FAST channels across 30+ entertainment platforms and streaming services worldwide, is at the heart of this collaboration. Xumo Enterprise powers and monetizes the initial set of channels in the new service, ensuring a seamless, high-quality entertainment experience for viewers.

Hisense Channels is not just a step forward for Hisense Smart TVs, but also for the connected TV landscape. Viewers will have convenient access to content from Scripps, Radial Entertainment, Stingray, and other leading publishers, providing a diverse range of options to suit various tastes.
