The Flipkart Group, which comprises Flipkart, Myntra, Flipkart Wholesale, Cleartrip, and super.money, among others, has recently completed a comprehensive self-audit to ensure compliance with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines and Advisory for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns. The self-audit was conducted to ensure fairness and transparency in consumer interactions. Over 1.4 million sellers, including those on the Shopsy platform, were audited on the digital platforms of the Flipkart Group. The results of this audit were then formally submitted to the Hon'ble Secretary, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Smt. Nidhi Khare, IAS.

Flipkart's marketplace offers over 150 million products across 80+ categories, and the company has pioneered services such as Cash on Delivery, No Cost EMI, Easy Returns, and UPI. These customer-centric innovations focus on enhancing digital payment offerings and making online shopping more accessible and affordable for millions of Indians.
