Fender Expands Hammertone Lineup with Breakup Drive and Hammertone Boost Pedals

Fender has expanded its Hammertone lineup with two new guitar effects pedals: the Breakup Drive and the Hammertone Boost. Both pedals retail for £75/$99 each and offer versatile tonal options for guitarists.

The Breakup Drive is designed for low to mid-gain overdrive, providing an expressive response that cleans up with lighter picking and breaks up more with harder strumming. It features controls for Drive, Tone, and Level, along with a switchable mids boost and clipping options for dynamic response. The pedal's industrial aluminum enclosure and top-mounted jacks ensure easy pedalboard mounting.

The Hammertone Boost offers two boost flavors: JFET-style for warm, vintage tone and op-amp for transparent volume enhancement. It features controls for Treble, Bass, and Level. Like the Breakup Drive, it also boasts an industrial aluminum enclosure and top-mounted jacks for convenient pedalboard setup. Both pedals can be powered by a battery or a 9V power supply from a pedalboard.

Fender's new Hammertone pedals, the Breakup Drive and Hammertone Boost, offer guitarists a range of tonal possibilities at an affordable price. With their robust construction, easy mounting, and versatile controls, these pedals are designed to withstand the rigors of the road and inspire creative playing.
