With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, Waters brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. For the last decade, he served as the Chief Security Officer over two significant Federal government outsourced Information Communication Technology (ICT) programs with Ledios and Hewlett-Packard. One of these programs was the largest of its time.
Prior to this appointment, Waters held various senior cybersecurity roles and gained extensive experience in security operations management, consulting, and auditing across federal government agencies and programs.
