Vauxhall has unveiled the production version of its latest electric SUV, the Mokka GSE. This high-performance, sporty electric vehicle is set to hit the roads in July 2025.
The Mokka GSE is poised to be Vauxhall's fastest all-electric model, boasting a 0-62 mph acceleration of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 124 mph. Powering this speedy SUV is a 207 kW (280 hp) electric motor, producing 254 lb ft of torque. The vehicle's energy is stored in a 54 kWh lithium-ion battery, which, although the same size as the standard Mokka Electric, offers a WLTP range of approximately 200 miles.

The Mokka GSE's design is inspired by rallying, as evident in its squared-off steering wheel, remodeled front and rear bumpers, and the inclusion of yellow and black GSE logos. Inside, the vehicle features Alcantara sports seats with integrated headrests, Alcantara trim on the door inserts, and 20-inch aerodynamically optimised alloy wheels equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport EV tyres and performance brakes by Alcon.
Performance data, G-force levels, and battery status can be displayed on dedicated screens within the vehicle. Updates have been made to the 10.0-inch digital instrument panel and central touchscreen, including the addition of GSE graphics.
The Mokka GSE's high-voltage components, including the electric motor and battery pack, are derived from the Mokka GSE Rally. To further enhance its handling, the Mokka GSE features new 'double hydraulic' shock absorbers, a wider track, and stiffer axles.
