CEA Industries Appoints Crypto Law Expert Carly Howard as Non-Executive Director

CEA Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: BNC) has appointed Carly E. Howard, JD, LLM as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Howard brings over two decades of legal expertise and operational leadership in corporate law, investment strategy, and digital asset regulation. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CEH Advisory, a legal consultancy specializing in crypto-focused funds and tokenized projects.

Prior to joining CEA Industries, Howard served as Of Counsel with K&L Gates, working with crypto-focused investment funds, technology-focused investors, and enterprise-level blockchain clients. She holds a Master of Laws in Estate Planning and a Law Degree from the University of Miami, along with a Communications Degree from the College of Charleston, South Carolina.

In her new role, Howard will work alongside CEO David Namdar and the board to position CEA Industries for future growth and success. Namdar expressed that Howard's appointment is a significant milestone for the company's strategic governance. Howard is excited about the opportunity to collaborate with Namdar and the board to achieve this goal.

CEA Industries recently attracted 10X Capital as an institutional investor and arranged a $500 million private placement for a BNB-exclusive treasury vehicle listed on Nasdaq. More institutional participation is expected as part of Binance's broader ecosystem initiatives. The company currently holds 480,000 BNB tokens and is working towards expanding institutional holdings and potentially increasing BNB's market cap through listed investment products and increased liquidity in U.S. capital markets.

Carly Howard's appointment as a Non-Executive Director at CEA Industries is expected to strengthen the company's strategic governance and support its future growth. Her extensive legal expertise and operational leadership in the digital asset sector will be invaluable in guiding CEA Industries' expansion in the crypto and blockchain space.
