Bosch Unifies Climatec and Paladin Under Single Brand in North America
Bosch Building Technologies is set to undergo a significant reorganization, aiming to strengthen partnerships, support employees, and broaden service offerings. The changes, effective January 1, 2026, will see the consolidation of Climatec and Paladin Technologies under the unified name Bosch Building Technologies in North America.
The move, led by Frank Meyer, Member of the Bosch Board of Management, will bring together the strengths of Climatec and Paladin, building on the trust established by both companies over decades. The combined brand will offer a full range of solutions in building automation, security, fire life safety, and energy solutions. Climatec's Energy business will continue as a sub-brand, maintaining its team and service model, while other Climatec business units and all Paladin operations will fully transition under the Bosch name.
Rich Cillessen, North American Regional President of Bosch Building Technologies since June 2025, sees this transformation as a reflection of Bosch's long-term strategy in the region. The reorganization aims to leverage local expertise and adaptability to regional needs while aligning with global resources. The unified brand will provide customers with access to the reputations and solutions of both Climatec and Paladin under the Bosch name.
