**Boris FX Acquires CrumplePop: Enhancing Video Editing and Visual Effects**

In a move that strengthens its position as a comprehensive provider of video editing and visual effects tools, Boris FX, a leading developer in the field, has announced the acquisition of CrumplePop. This strategic move, completed in 2023, brings together two industry-leading companies, merging CrumplePop's innovative effects with Boris FX's established industry-standard plugins.

The CrumplePop product lineup, now integrated into Boris FX bundles like Continuum and Boris Complete, includes various plugins focused on improving video quality and adding creative effects. These tools, which are typically compatible with popular editing platforms such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and others, add to Boris FX's existing suites, expanding its capabilities in video effects, noise reduction, creative transitions, and more.

Gabriel Cheifetz, co-founder of CrumplePop, is excited about the acquisition, stating that it will allow CrumplePop to add more cutting-edge features to its audio toolset faster.
