Bioprom Forum in Gelendzhik to Showcase Russian Innovations, Attract Investors
The upcoming 'Bioprom' forum in Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Krai, promises to showcase a wide range of innovative technologies and attract investors. Over 100 industrial companies, scientists, and developers from Russia will participate, with a focus on medical, food, cosmetics, and environmental sectors. The strategic session 'Technologies for Life' will be the central event.
Governor Veniamin Konдратьev announced the participation of these enterprises, highlighting the region's aim to create innovative import-substituting productions. The forum will demonstrate products and innovations in four tracks: 'Biotechmed', 'Cosmetic Component', 'Innofood', and 'Ecobio'. Krasnodar Krai's pharmaceutical, medical, and perfume-cosmetics industries are growing at an annual rate of 20 to 30 percent, with more than 15 industrial enterprises from the region set to participate.
The region has made a breakthrough in domestic machine and wagon building, further cementing its industrial prowess. While the official participant list for 'Bioprom' is not yet publicly available, typical participants from other Russian regions include companies from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, and other Siberian and southern regions with a focus on biotech, pharma, and agriculture.
The 'Bioprom' forum in Gelendzhik, taking place from October 6 to 7, is expected to foster business ties and attract investments.
