Binance Launches Crypto Card in Brazil, Bringing Spending to Millions
Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has introduced the Binance Card in Brazil. Led by CEO Changpeng Zhao, also known as CZ, the launch brings crypto spending to millions of merchants worldwide.
CZ, who founded Binance in 2017 and expanded it globally, including Brazil, spearheaded the card's introduction. The service is exclusive to verified Binance Brazil users who have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
The Binance Card, powered by Mastercard, allows users to spend their cryptocurrencies at millions of merchants worldwide. It supports a range of assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and USDT, with instant crypto-to-fiat conversion at checkout.
Binance users in Brazil can now enjoy up to 2% cashback on their purchases, capped at 120 BRL monthly. The card is available in both virtual and physical formats, further integrating cryptocurrency into everyday spending.
