Baobab Insurance & ÖVM Team Up for Enhanced Cyber Monitoring

Baobab Insurance and ÖVM have joined forces to bolster their cyber insurance offerings. Baobab Insurance will provide continuous AI-based cybersecurity monitoring. Meanwhile, DUAL Group, part of Howden, has partnered with KYND to enhance its car insurance quotes services, starting with a KYND Signals report for each quote.

The KYND Signals report will offer a color-coded risk profile based on over 250 factors, including potential ransomware risks and other vulnerabilities. This initial phase will roll out in Australia and New Zealand, with a global launch planned later. Clients can also opt for KYND ON, a platform providing ongoing monitoring and real-time threat alerts.

DUAL Group's chief innovation officer, Scott Sayce, sees this new service empowering insureds with real-time, actionable insights. KYND's CEO and founder, Andy Thomas, considers DUAL's global scale and commitment to innovation significant for this partnership.
