Nayax and Autel Energy Partner to Revolutionize Electric Vehicle Charging

In a bid to streamline the electric vehicle (EV) charging experience, Nayax Ltd. and Autel Energy have announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to embed Nayax’s cashless payment solutions into an estimated 100,000 EV chargers that Autel Energy plans to deploy across North America and Europe by the end of 2026.

The partnership will pair Autel's high-performance AC/DC charger lineup with Nayax's flexible payment infrastructure, offering a complete solution that makes charging easier for site owners and more convenient for drivers. This integration supports multiple electronic payment methods, thereby facilitating a seamless charging experience for EV drivers.

Autel Energy, a global supplier of EV charging equipment, has reported significant revenue growth, positioning it as a leading player in the EV charging market. The company operates in 35 North American and European markets. Yukin Zhang, Deputy GM of Autel Digital Power Co., Ltd., stated that Nayax was chosen as a global payments partner due to its scale, flexibility, and infrastructure.

Nayax's payment technology will be embedded directly into Autel’s chargers, making them payment-ready from day one. This partnership represents a significant volume opportunity and is a strategic move to scale payment solutions alongside the fast-growing EV charging infrastructure.

The partnership between the two Nasdaq and TASE-listed companies also aims to address rising global demand for seamless, scalable charging infrastructure. It will leverage Nayax’s expertise in cashless payments and remote machine management, originally rooted in vending and convenience services, now adapted for EV charging.

Both Nayax and Autel will utilise Autel's cloud-based management tools and global service network to enhance the overall EV charging ecosystem with a complete payment and management solution. The collaboration will also simplify operations for site owners and provide remote management capabilities and improved customer engagement for operators.

Yair Nechmad, CEO and Chairman of Nayax, expressed excitement about the partnership with Autel, stating that it will help Autel grow faster in the EV charging market and serve more EV drivers. This partnership marks a significant step towards a more convenient and efficient EV charging experience for drivers across North America and Europe.
