Apollo Global Management Appoints Jaycee Pribulsky as New CSO

Apollo Global Management has appointed Jaycee Pribulsky as Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer, effective October 1. The move signals continuity and deepening of sustainability integration into its $600bn+ investment platform.

Pribulsky brings over two decades of cross-sector sustainability and operational experience from roles at Nike, Bloomberg, and Citigroup. She previously served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Nike, overseeing global sustainability strategy. Apollo Co-President Scott Kleinman praised Pribulsky's cross-sector experience and track record in building sustainable programs.

Pribulsky will succeed Dave Stangis, Apollo's inaugural CSO, who is retiring after establishing the firm's sustainability function in 2021. Stangis' legacy includes creating a sustainability management system embedded across asset classes, aligning ESG considerations with investment processes and governance. He will remain as a senior advisor to Apollo through 2026 to support the transition.

Pribulsky, holding an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in French and Communications from American University, sees Apollo's scale and investment breadth as an opportunity to link sustainability with performance outcomes. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Apollo's commitment to sustainable investing.
